TERMS OF BUSINESS

ORDER BY MAIL, TELEPHONE OR FAX:   We accept cash, by Registered Mail only, Postal Orders and Cheques or Mastercard, Barclaycard/Visa, Switch and Solo. If you wish to purchase goods by Credit/Debit Card, make sure you send your name, full address and Card type, number, Expiry Date and 3 Digit Security Code (NOT your Pin number). With Switch and some Debit Card transactions, we also need to know the ³Issue No.² and the Date of Issue if shown.   Do NOT send the Card. The goods can only be sent to the address of the Cardholder.

POSTAGE & PACKING: All orders carry a £2.35p Postage & Packing charge.    Please ADD £3.25 for each transformer, reel(s) of wire, instrument cases etc. to help defray the cost of posting heavy items.    Overseas orders are charged at cost.

DISCOUNT:   Please note that all Controllers and Automatic & Electronic Control Units and Transformers are shown at the Net Price in our current Price List from which no discount should be deducted. If the total value of your Order is over £35, then deduct 10% discount from other items on the Order.

QUOTATIONS: Quotations for complete control systems are based on the fact that customers may wish to develop a system over a period of time to help spread the cost. No discount will be allowed on a system if the cost is spread.

AVAILABILITY: If an item ordered from our catalogue or advertisements is temporarily out of stock, we will inform the customer of the delay. The customer can then await delivery when the item is available or request a full refund of the purchase price of the item.

EXPORT ORDERS: Due to the high administrative cost, VAT refunds can only be allowed on Export Orders over £25.

GUARANTEE:   All control systems and components are fully guaranteed for one year from the Date of Purchase. Should any item prove to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided that it has not been subject to misuse or maltreatment and has been put to the use for which it was intended. Any faulty item covered by this Guarantee must be returned, adequately packed, within one year from the Date of Purchase and must be accompanied by the original Invoice. We can not be held responsible for any loss, accident or injury due to the failure of any item supplied.

The information contained in this website was, to the best of our knowledge, correct at the time of uploading but we reserve the right to withdraw products, supply alternatives as a direct replacement, or to alter our prices as necessary. If we find a price rise is essential, we will still send the goods and invoice you for the difference, in which case prompt payment would be appreciated.
